  • * Rape Aggresion Defense System (RAD) Classes- free to Montgomery County and /or The Woodlands residents. RAD is a program of realistic, self defense tactics and techniques. Classes are taught by The Montgomery County Sheiff's Department.         The Proper Ways and Improper Way to Performing Exercises

The Step-up

Foot is flat on the step. Body upright.

Picking up Weights

The Curl-Up

When performing moves on step. Be sure feet are flat on step.

   Don't place foot on edge of the step. This can injur your foot, ankle and knee.
