The Proper Ways and Improper Way to Performing Exercises The Step-up Foot is flat on the step. Body upright.
Foot is on the edge of the step. Incorrect Picking up Weights
Bend with the knees and chest forward to pick up weights.
Bending with back and chest facing down. Incorrect The Curl-Up
Back straight and elbows close to body.
Back bent, and elbows away from body. Incorrect Leg Abduction
When performing moves on step. Be sure feet are flat on step.
Don't place foot on edge of the step. This can injur your foot, ankle and knee.
